This is a 13 Moon, seasonal learning experience exploring cycles of growth, reflection, and practice. Through culturally attuned frameworks, we braid together Cultural, Clinical and Ceremony in your organization, leadership and teams.
Roots of Healing: Trauma-Attuned Practice Series
This is a post-advanced trauma learning series that guides staff and leaders in deepening self-regulation, reflective practice and relational accountability. This series transforms trauma understanding into meaningful practice and relationship-based care
Leadership: Relational, Ethical, Visionary
This Signature Program empowers emerging and established leaders to navigate complexity with integrity and vision. Through culturally grounded one-on-one coaching sessions centered on relationship, reflection, and accountability, participants develop leadership rooted in cultural humility, ethical practice, and community impact.

Drawing on neuroscience and Indigenous perspectives, this session will equip you with practical strategies for resilience, self-care, and effective support. Attendees will gain insights into recognizing brain states, meeting individuals where they are, identifying strengths, and fostering deeper connections—all to create more stable, supportive environments.
